I am a first-year Counseling Psychology PhD student at Colorado State University, working with Dr. Noah Emery. I am interested in better understanding how we can better curate interventions for substance use disorders and emotional dysregulation problems more broadly to leverage personal experience – particularly centered around positive affect and minfulness – and take a more holistic approach in therapy.
